Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the contiguous 48 U.S. states only.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally.
Most orders arrive within 3â12 business days from the date of purchase, depending on the brand and your location. (We always try to get it out the door faster if we can.)
All customer orders ship from U.S.-based warehouses.
In rare cases of unexpected inventory shortages, order processing may be delayed while inventory is replenished. If this occurs, we will notify you before shipment and provide options to wait, switch products, or cancel for a full refund.
After You Place Your Order
Order Processing
After we verify your item is in stock and the payment clears our security check, your order moves to our shipping team. Â (A simple step that protects you & us â nothing scary, just a safety measure.)
If an item is backordered, we will notify you before capturing payment and give you the option to:
- wait,
- switch to a different model, or
- cancel.
Once confirmed, youâll receive an order confirmation email including:
- Order summary
- Total cost
- Payment details
- Shipping info (if applicable)

Shipping Prep Time
Orders typically ship in 1â2 business days.
- After approval, your order is added to our fulfillment queue.
- Our warehouse team packs and prepares your e-bike, tent or gear.
- We ship from multiple U.S. warehouses for faster delivery.
High demand or holidays may cause a brief delay (usually just a day or two).
If anything unexpected happens (backorder, weather, warehouse delay), weâll contact you by email or phone.
Delivery Timeframes
U.S. orders usually arrive 2â10 business days after shipment, depending on brand and location.
Delays may occur due to:
- Weather disruptions
- Holiday volume
- Carrier issues
- Supply-chain delays
Weâll keep you updated if something changes.
Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, youâll receive a tracking number by email.

Important Notes
Order Changes & Cancellation
Weâll do our best to cancel your order if requested early, but once processing begins, cancellation is not guaranteed.
If itâs already shipped, the return must follow our Returns & Warranties Policy
Delivery Attempts & Signatures
A signature is required for all e-bike deliveries.
Shopsy Dropsy is not responsible for:
- packages left unattended after delivery,
- missed delivery attempts, or
- fees for reshipped items.
If your bike is returned due to failed delivery:
- You may have it re-shipped (delivery fee applies), or
- You may request a refund (shipping fees + 20% restocking fee deducted).
Please be available for the signature â we really donât want you to miss your new ride!
Shipping Cutoff Times
Orders placed weekdays after 4:00 PM Eastern, weekends, or holidays are processed the next business day.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost, contact us immediately at support@ShopsyDropsy.com.
Please keep original packaging until you confirm everything is in perfect condition.
Inspection at Delivery
Before Signing
Inspect the outside of the box before signing for delivery.
If you see damage:
- Note it on the delivery slip.
- Have both you and the driver sign the slip.
- Take photos.
- Contact us immediately at support@ShopsyDropsy.com.

Do not open the box.
This helps us resolve issues with the manufacturer quickly.
After Opening
After unboxing, inspect your bike thoroughly.
Contact us immediately if:
- the bike is damaged,
- parts are missing, or
- you receive the wrong item.

- Shopsy Dropsy does not handle the sale, shipping, fulfillment, or returns.
