Can I ride an e-bike in the rain?
β Light rain is generally fine, but e-bikes are not meant to be submerged or pressure-washed.

Who is Dropsy?
β Dropsy isnβt your average schnauzer β heβs blue, dramatic, and obsessed with e-bikes and camping. Sometimes he sings ballads, sometimes he reviews gearβ¦ and sometimes heβs on top-secret stakeout, keeping an eye on the e-bike world. Think of him as your furry, slightly dramatic tour guide!

Do prices include tax?
Yes β we charge sales tax for PA orders and cover the cost for our customers here. For other states, weβre not required to collect it, but many states have a use tax that might apply when you file your taxes. We prefer to be upfront about it, so youβre never surprised.

What Should I Do If I Receive a Damaged Item?
In the rare event that you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at support@shopsydropsy.com immediately! Each manufacturer has a limited number of days to return damaged items. Please refer to our Returns & Warranties.
NACTO BATTERY QUESTIONS
ATTENTION:Β Please take care of your battery key...we DO NOT have a copy of the battery keys.
When you charge the battery, you need to connect the battery and charger first. ThenΒ plug the charger in to the wall or you would damage the battery fuse.
How to take the battery out of the bike?
1. Take the seat down, there is a small blue bar under the seat, pull that bar up toΒ turn the seat straight. 2. Left hand turn the battery key to unlock, at the same time, push the key in. Meanwhile with the right hand take the battery out.
What is the problem if the charger signal is always green when charging? Does this mean the battery has a problem?
If the single light is always green after charging,Β
that is an indication that the fuse of the battery has blown.
If the fuse has blown, replacing with a new fuse is suggested.

Should I Charge the Battery to 100%?
Avoid charging your battery to 100% every time, as this can degrade the battery faster.Β Charging to 80-90% is often recommended.
