Some products are supplied directly through manufacturer-approved ecommerce programs, while others are sold through traditional authorized dealer relationships. Return Policy (General)

  • Authorization required: All returns must be approved before shipping. You’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  • Shipping: All returns must be sent prepaid (no COD/freight collect). Original shipping costs may be deducted from your refund if the brand charges them.
  • Timing: Follow each brand’s return window carefully β€” most are 14–30 days from delivery. Requests outside the window cannot be accepted.
  • Refunds: Issued by the manufacturer after inspection, usually within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

White Duck Outdoors Warranty (Summary)

At Shopsy Dropsy, we back the gear we sell. White Duck Outdoors products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty for defects in materials or workmanship, starting from the delivery date.

What’s Covered

  • Manufacturing defects or production errors (e.g., stitching, waterproofing)
  • Components failing due to defects in materials or workmanship

What’s NOT Covered

  • Damage from normal wear & tear, holes, punctures, mold, mildew, minor leaks, UV exposure, fire, heat, or improper storage
  • Improper use, assembly, storage, or maintenance
  • Repairs, modifications, or alterations by anyone other than White Duck Outdoors
  • Intentional damage or extreme weather events (ice, snow, hail, wind, lightning)
  • Tents used as permanent shelters or left unattended long-term

  2. Shopsy Dropsy and White Duck Outdoors will review the issue and guide you through repair or replacement.

Important Notes

  • Keep your originalΒ sales receipt β€” it’s required for warranty service.
  • Shipping to White Duck for warranty service is the customer’s responsibility, unless the defect is verified as a manufacturer issue.
  • Repairs or replacements are only handled by White Duck Outdoors.

NAKTO Returns (Summary)

We want you to be happy with your NAKTO e-bike! Here’s everything you need to know about returns when purchasing through Shopsy Dropsy.

Return Window & Refunds

Quality-related issues:Β  (defective or damaged bikes)
  • ContactΒ support@ShopsyDropsy.com to request a return.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping and fee, use aΒ trackable service.
  • No restocking fee applies for defective items.
  • Refunds are issued after inspection.
  • Returns not accepted after 6 months from delivery.
Refund schedule based on time since delivery:
  • Within 14 days: 100% refund
  • 14 days – 2 months: 80% refund
  • 3 – 4 months: 70% refund
  • 5 – 6 months: 60% refund
  • Over 6 months: No return or refund

Note: Only regular-priced items are refundable.Β  Sale items are not eligible.

Non-quality issues (change-of-mind, not defective):
  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Customers pay return shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
  • Returns must be prepaid with trackable shipping; NAKTO does not provide return labels.

Optional repair through a local shop:

  • Customers may choose to repair locally. NAKTO offers free parts and partial reimbursement, subject to pre-approved repair quotes.

Conditions for Returns

  • Bikes must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Include all parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging materials.
  • Take photos or videos of quality issues and send them with your order number and purchase date to support@ShopsyDropsy.com.
  • Customers may also deliver the bike directly to NAKTO’s warehouse in CA if convenient.

NAKTO Warranty (Summary)

All NAKTO e-bikes sold through Shopsy Dropsy are backed by aΒ 1-year limited warrantyΒ for the original purchaser.

What’s Covered

  • Original NAKTO parts and components (motor, battery, controller, throttle, brake, PAS system) against defects inΒ materials or workmanshipΒ under normal use for one year from delivery.
  • One free replacement per covered component within the warranty period,Β no shipping costΒ for the first replacement.

What’s NOT Covered

Normal wear and tear (tires, brake pads, calipers, handlebar grips, chain, pedals, saddles, etc.)

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, minor imperfections)
  • Damage from improper assembly, maintenance, or modifications
  • Damage from accidents, misuse, abuse, or exceeding weight/speed limits
  • Water damage, battery self-discharge, or improper charging long-term battery inactivityΒ 
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • The one-year warranty does not cover damage caused intentionally or artificially.
    Reduced battery range resulting from long-term inactivity is considered improper use and is not covered under the warranty

  • Warranty applies to theΒ original purchaser onlyΒ (non-transferable).
  • Second replacements of the same component may requireΒ payment for the part and shipping.
  • NAKTO e-bikes areΒ not designed for extreme use, including contests or water wading.

X-Treme Scooters Return Policy (Summary)

Return Window

  • Contact X-Treme withinΒ 15 days of purchaseΒ to initiate a return, replacement, or refund.

Authorization Required

  • Shopsy Dropsy is here to help, all returns must be approved via anΒ RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)Β from our support team for X-treme products. You'll be required to include your RMA number on the outside of the package.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must beΒ new, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Include all contents: warranty cards, manuals, accessories, promotional items, and a copy of your invoice.
  • Merchandise that has been ridden, worn, used, or damaged isΒ not eligibleΒ for return.

Shipping

  • Customer is responsible forΒ return shipping costs.
  • Ship via UPS, FedEx, DHL, or anotherΒ trackable and insured courier, customer is responsible for any loss or damage during the return shipping process.
  • Freight collect and COD shipments are not accepted.

Refunds

  • Shopsy Dropsy will issue refunds to the original payment methodΒ after the item is received and processed.
  • Refund includes theΒ full purchase price and original shipping costs (if any).
  • X-Treme may apply aΒ 15% restocking feeΒ at its discretion for authorized returns in original condition.

Parts Returns

  • Electronic parts are non-returnable.
  • Other parts can be returned within 15 days, subject to aΒ 15% restocking feeΒ andΒ customer-paid return shipping.
  • Damaged or defective parts are handled under theΒ warranty policy.

X-Treme Scooters Warranty (Summary)

Coverage Overview

  • 12-month limited warrantyΒ on all bicycle and scooter components (excluding batteries).
  • Lifetime frame warrantyΒ for the original purchaser on all X-Treme bicycles.

  • Warranty appliesΒ only to the original purchaser.

What’s Covered

  • Manufacturer defects and workmanship issues in frames, components, and batteries.
  • Replacement parts are provided free of charge under warranty, including the first and second shipments.

What’s NOT Covered

  • Normal wear and tear on components (brake pads, tires, grips, cables, chains, etc.).
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, paint fade). that has not been caused by X-Treme.

  • Damage from corrosion, water, improper assembly, misuse, neglect, extreme riding, or modifications.
  • Labor for installation or removal of defective parts.
  • Batteries damaged due to improper care, charging, or power surges.

Warranty Process

    Provide proof of purchase (order confirmation), photos of defects if applicable, and delivery details.
  • Replacement or repair parts are shipped according to X-Treme’s warranty terms. Customers may be responsible for return shipping of defective parts; X-Treme pays for standard return shipping of replacement parts.

Additional Support

  • Wheel truing reimbursementΒ (up to $40 per wheel) if notified within 5 days of delivery with video evidence and receipt.

Important Notes
