Sales Tax Policy

We charge sales tax on orders shipped within Pennsylvania (rules are rules!), but don't worry - we cover that cost for our fellow Pennsylvanians.  If you live in another state, we're not required to collect sales tax at checkout.  However, your state might ask you to pay a use tax when you file your state taxes, so it's a good idea to check with your state's tax agency to stay compliant. In short: sales tax is required for PA residents, and every other state may have it's own rules, so be sure to check if a use tax applies.
