We do not ship to P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally.
Most e-bikes, tents, and gear arrive within 4–8 business days. Please note: e-bike accessories and components typically take 10–15 business days, depending on your location. (We always try to get it out the door faster if we can.)
All customer orders ship from U.S.-based warehouses.
In rare cases of unexpected inventory shortages, order processing may be delayed while inventory is replenished. If this occurs, we will notify you before shipment and provide options to wait, switch products, or cancel for a full refund.

After we verify your item is in stock and the payment clears our security check, your order moves to our shipping team. (A simple step that protects you & us — nothing scary, just a safety measure.)
If an item is backordered, we will notify you before capturing payment and give you the option to:

Shipping Prep Time
E-bike, tents and gear orders typically ship in 1–3 business days.
Accessories & components will ship in 7–10 business days.

- We ship from multiple U.S. warehouses for faster delivery.
High demand or holidays may cause a brief delay (usually just a day or two).

Delivery Attempts & Signatures
A signature is required for all e-bike deliveries.
Shopsy Dropsy is not responsible for:
- packages left unattended after delivery,
- missed delivery attempts, or
- fees for reshipped items.
If your bike is returned due to failed delivery:
- You may have it re-shipped (delivery fee applies), or
- You may request a refund (shipping fees + 20% restocking fee deducted).

Address Correction Fees Policy: If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided by the customer and results in additional shipping costs, the customer will be responsible for those charges. We do not apply any manual or handling fees. All costs will be based solely on the logistics carrier’s quoted rate.

Shipping Cutoff Times
Orders placed Monday–Thursday after 4:00 PM ET, Friday after 2:00 PM ET, or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Return Window
- Contact X-Treme within 15 days of purchase to initiate a return, replacement, or refund.

- Shopsy Dropsy is here to help, all returns must be approved via an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from our support team for X-treme products. You'll be required to include your RMA number on the outside of the package.

- One free replacement per covered component within the warranty period, no shipping cost for the first replacement.
What’s NOT Covered
Normal wear and tear (tires, brake pads, calipers, handlebar grips, chain, pedals, saddles, etc.)
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, minor imperfections)
- Damage from improper assembly, maintenance, or modifications
- Damage from accidents, misuse, abuse, or exceeding weight/speed limits
- Water damage, battery self-discharge, or improper charging long-term battery inactivity
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- The one-year warranty does not cover damage caused intentionally or artificially.

Viribus warrants new, genuine Viribus products purchased in the U.S. against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the original purchase date. This includes the frame and battery.
