        Processing

        After we confirm your order is in stock and your payment passes our quick check, the order moves on to our shipping team. (A simple step that protects you & us — nothing scary, just a safety measure.)

        If an item is backordered, we will notify you before capturing payment and provide the option to wait, change, or cancel your order.

        Once approved, we charge your card and send you a confirmation email to the address you provided. It includes:

        We ship from multiple warehouses to get your order moving fast.

        High demand might cause a short delay — usually just a couple of days.
        If anything unexpected pops up (backorder, weather hiccup, etc.), we’ll reach out by email or phone to keep you in the loop.

        Delivery

        We ship from several warehouses across the U.S., so your order gets on the road as quickly as possible.

        U.S. orders: typically arrive in 2–10 business days from the ship date, depending on the brand and delivery location. (We try to get it out the door faster if we can!)
        If the item is out of stock and needs to ship from out of the country, this timeframe could be delayed.
        If we’re riding a wave of high demand (yay, but also... phew!), there might be a short delay — just a couple of days tops. No stress — we’ll keep things rolling and let you know if there’s a bigger hold-up.

        Heads up: Sometimes a backorder, a weather hiccup, holidays, or wild world events (looking at you, 2020) can slow things down. We’ll always do our best to keep things on track and reach out by email or phone to keep you in the loop.

        Tracking Your Shipment

        As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a second email with your tracking number so you can follow the journey all the way to your front door.

        A Few Things to Keep in Mind

        Need to cancel? We’ll try our best — but once your order hits processing, we can’t guarantee cancellation before it ships.
        If it's too late to cancel, your order will need to follow our Returns & Warranties Policy for your specific bike brand after delivery.

        Orders placed after 3:00 PM (Eastern) or on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays are processed the next business day.

        Shopsy Dropsy requires signatures upon delivery — so, be sure to keep an eye on the delivery tracking link.

        Shopsy Dropsy is not responsible for bike packages left at the door or packages that were returned to the sender after unsuccessful delivery attempts.

        If your bike is returned after a failed delivery, you can have it re-shipped (delivery fee applies). If you prefer a refund, the shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
        We really don't want to do this, so PLEASE be available for the required signature.

        At Delivery — Do a Quick Visual Inspection

        When your e-bike arrives, please be sure to do a visual inspection of the outside of the box before signing anything.
        Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

        If you notice any damage, make a note of it on the delivery slip — and have both you and the driver sign the slip. This helps us (and the e-bike brand) take care of any issues quickly and smoothly.

        Do not open the box if it's damaged — please take pictures and contact us immediately at support@ShopsyDropsy.com.

        Damages and Issues With Your Product

        Pssst... We don’t have a store you can drop by, so all returns zoom straight back to the vendor’s warehouse.

        How To Return

        It’s really important to follow each brand’s return policy — the timing is crucial and each brand's return window is different!

        We’re happy to help get your return started and make things as easy as possible along the way.

        2. We’ll first confirm if your order is eligible and send you the steps to return it.

        Refunds are processed by the manufacturer after inspection of the returned bike.
        Refunds are typically issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection is complete.

        Returns must be requested within the timeframe set by each manufacturer (usually 14–30 days from delivery, depending on brand). See each brand’s policy below for exact details.
        Returns requested after the brand’s allowed window can’t be accepted.

        Quality Issues

        • Customer arranges and pays for return shipping (no prepaid labels). Use a trackable service for security.

        • No restocking fee. Full refund once the e-bike is received and inspected.

        Refund Timeframe:

        • 0–14 days: Full refund (minus shipping expense if paid by Shopsy Dropsy)

        • 15 days–2 months: 80% refund

        • 3–4 months: 70% refund

        • 5–6 months: 60% refund

        • Over 6 months: No returns accepted

        Option: Instead of returning, you can use a local shop for repairs. NAKTO provides free parts and partial reimbursement (requires a pre-approved repair quote).

        Non-Quality Issues (change of mind, etc.)

        • Returns accepted within 14 days only.

        • Customer pays return shipping.

        • 20% restocking fee applies.

        • Returns after 14 days are not accepted for non-quality reasons.

        • You may return by shipping or by bringing the bike to NAKTO’s California warehouse.

        • Shipping’s on us to keep your price low, so we don’t refund those costs.

        Damage or Warranty Issues

        • Contact Shopsy Dropsy LLC at Support@ShopsyDropsy.com to start a return.

        • All warranty claims and damage reports go through X-Treme’s support ticket system.

        • Damaged items must be reported within 10 days of delivery with photos of packaging, shipping label, and the box.

        • If approved, X-Treme provides replacement parts or warranty support.

        Returns (non-warranty / change of mind)

        • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of purchase with RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) approval.

        • Refunds are for 100% of the purchase price, including original shipping costs, if the e-bike is in brand-new, unused condition.

        • Customers pay return shipping (no COD or freight collect).

        • Item must be returned complete (manuals, accessories, packaging, etc.) and in re-sellable condition.

        • A 15% restocking fee may apply at X-Treme’s discretion, especially for unauthorized returns or new/unused units.

        • If shipping was on us, it’s to keep your price low — so we don’t refund those costs that we paid.
