We usually get orders processed within a few hours. If it’s in stock, shipping prep time takes 1–3 business days, and then your delivery usually arrives 2–10 business days after it ships, depending on the brand and where you're located. (We try to get it out the door faster if we can.)

- After we confirm the item is in stock, part of our order process, is to run a quick fraud check ( a simple step that protects you & us - nothing scary, just a safety measure).
- If the item is on backorder, we’ll contact you via email with the estimated delivery date. You'll have the option to wait, pick a different bike, or cancel your order if you prefer.
- Once approved, we charge your card and send you a confirmation email to the address you provided.

Delivery
We ship from several warehouses across the U.S., so your order gets on the road as quickly as possible. Here’s when you can expect to see your bike cruise your way:
- U.S. orders: typically arrive in 2-10 business days from the ship date, depending on the brand and the delivery location. (We try to get it out the door faster if we can!)
- If the item is out of stock and needs to ship from out of the country, this timeframe could be delayed.
- If we’re riding a wave of high demand (yay, but also... phew!), there might be a short delay — just a couple of days tops. No stress — we’ll keep things rolling and let you know if there’s a bigger hold-up.
Heads up: Sometimes a backorder, a weather hiccup, holidays, or wild world events (looking at you, 2020) can slow things down. We’ll always do our best to keep things on track and reach out by email or phone to keep you in the loop.
Tracking Your Shipment
As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a second email with your tracking number so you can follow the journey all the way to your front door. There is also an 'Order Tracking" tab on our main menu of the Shopsy Dropsy website.
Contact us at support@ShopsyDropsy.com if you don't receive your tracking info within 3 days of placing your order.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind:

Need to Cancel? We’ll try our best — but once your order hits processing, we can't guarantee cancellation before it ships. If it's too late to cancel, your order will need to follow our Return & Warranty Policy for your specific bike brand after delivery.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM (Eastern) or on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shopsy Dropsy requires signatures upon delivery — so, be sure to keep an eye on the delivery tracking link. Shopsy Dropsy is not responsible for bike packages left at the door or packages that were returned to the sender after unsuccessful delivery attempts. You can have it re-shipped, however you will be required to pay the delivery fee. If you do not want it re-shipped, the shipping fees and a 20% restocking feel will be deducted from your refund. We really don't want to do this, so PLEASE, be available for the required signature.

Any delivery timeframes listed on our site or shared by our team are estimates. We do our best, but sometimes shipping carriers throw curveballs.

It's a smart idea to hang on to the original packaging and materials from your electric bike delivery—just in case you need to make a return.
DON'T FORGET TO BE AVAILABLE FOR THE REQUIRED SIGNATURE AT DELIVERY.
Items ship by FedEx, UPS and USPS ground shipping, based on the size/weight of your order and your delivery address.
At Delivery-Do a Quick Visual Inspection
When your e-bike arrives, please be sure to do a visual inspection of the outside of the box before signing anything. and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you. IF YOU NOTICE ANY DAMAGE, MAKE A NOTE OF IT ON THE DELIVERY SLIP — AND HAVE BOTH YOU AND THE DRIVER SIGN THE SLIP. THIS HELPS US (AND THE BIKE BRAND) TAKE CARE OF ANY ISSUES QUICKLY AND SMOOTHLY. DO NOT OPEN THE BOX IF IT'S DAMAGED, PLEASE TAKE PICTURES AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY AT: support@ShopsyDropsy.com
Damages and Issues With Your Product
If the outside of the box looks good, after opening, inspect your order and contact us at support@ShopsyDropsy.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
