We currently ship to the contiguous 48 U.S. states only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally.
Most e-bikes, tents, and gear brands arrive within 4–9 business days. Eunorau ebikes arrive within 6-10 business days. Please note: e-bike accessories and components typically take 10–15 business days, depending on your location. (We always try to get it out the door faster if we can.)
All customer orders ship from U.S.-based warehouses. In rare cases of unexpected inventory shortages, order processing may be delayed while inventory is replenished. If this occurs, we will notify you before shipment and provide options to wait, switch products, or cancel for a full refund.

Important Notes
Order Changes & Cancellation
We’ll do our best to cancel your order if requested early, but once processing begins, cancellation is not guaranteed.
To ensure safe delivery, all e-bike orders require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the package. If no one is available when the carrier attempts delivery, the package may return the shipment to us.
Failed Delivery / Returned Shipment
If your bike is returned to us due to failed delivery or refusal, you may choose one of the following options:
Re-shipment: Additional delivery fees will apply.
Refund: Original outbound shipping fees, return shipping charges, and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
(Return shipping charges reflect the actual carrier return-to-sender cost.)
Delivery Confirmation & Lost Packages
Once an order has been successfully delivered and signed for, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
If you believe your package was lost or stolen after delivery, please check tracking and contact us immediately. All shipments are insured, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and work toward a resolution.
Address Correction Fees
If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided and results in additional shipping costs, the customer will be responsible for those charges. We do not apply manual or handling fees - only the carrier's quoted rate will be charged. (If the carrier returns it to us, then Failed Delivery/Returned Shipment fees apply.)

Shipping Cutoff Times
Orders placed Monday–Thursday after 4:00 PM ET, Friday after 2:00 PM ET, or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

All brands sold on our site are 100% authentic and are offered through approved retail partnerships. Some products are supplied directly through manufacturer-approved ecommerce programs, while others are sold through traditional authorized dealer relationships. Which means your purchases are covered by the official brand-backed return and warranty policies. No knockoffs, no loopholes — just the real deal.

Return Policy (General)
Authorization required:All returns must be approved before shipping. You’ll receive aReturn Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
Shipping: All returns must be sent prepaid (no COD/freight collect). Original shipping costs may be deducted from your refund if the brand charges them.
Timing: Follow each brand’s return window carefully — most are 14–30 days from delivery. However, Eunorau is 7 days from delivery. Requests outside the window cannot be accepted.
Refunds: Issued by the manufacturer after inspection, usually within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Important: Do not ship your e-bike back until you receive official return confirmation from us.

RETURNS SECTION
Returns & Refunds – Summary
Eunorau E-Mobility USA Corp.
Cancellation: Orders can be canceled any time before shipping or production, with a full refund via original payment method. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Do not refuse delivery; accept package first and contact Shopsy Dropsy for door-to-door pickup via UPS/FedEx. Shipping costs deducted for customer-initiated cancellations.
Return Window: Request within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility: Bikes must be 100% new, unused, and in resellable condition. Assembled, ridden, used, or damaged bikes are not accepted. All items must be returned complete with manuals, warranty cards, accessories, promotional materials, and original packaging.
Shipping: Customers pay return shipping to Eunorau warehouses (US, AU, EU, or UK).
Refunds:
Eunorau error (wrong item, defective, damaged during shipping): Full refund.
The customer must initiate the return request.
If the issue is EUNORAU’s fault (wrong item, defective, or damaged in outbound shipping), a full refund will be issued.
If the issue is customer-related (wrong item ordered, unwanted item, return sent without approval, or item damaged during return shipping), the refund will be minus the original shipping cost (even if shipping was initially covered by the brand).
Returned items must be in original condition or the refund may be refused.
Refunds processed 1–3 business days after inspection. (Inspections done within 5 days of receipt of the product.)

Return Window: 14 days from delivery. Late returns not accepted.
Eligibility: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Gift cards, downloadable products, and worn/washed clothing cannot be returned.
Damaged/Defective Items: Submit claims within 14 days to support@ShopsyDropsy.com. Exact exchanges available. Keep all original packaging.
Authorization Required: All returns require prior approval (RMA# will be emailed). Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Customer Responsibilities: Customers pay return shipping with a trackable service. We are not responsible for lost items.

Only authorized dealers or Eunorau specialists may perform repairs or check-ups for warranty purposes.
Legal & Dispute Resolution
Scope of Warranty:
This limited warranty represents the full extent of Eunorau’s obligations and the exclusive remedy for your product.
All implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this warranty.
Eunorau is not liable for damages exceeding the purchase price, or for incidental, consequential, punitive, or commercial losses, including loss of use, data, time, reputation, opportunity, profits, or goodwill.
Some states/jurisdictions may not allow limitations on implied warranties or certain damages, so these limits may not apply to you.
Third-Party Equipment:
Eunorau does not warrant third-party equipment or software used with the product.
Responsibility for third-party equipment performance or suitability rests solely with the user and the vendor/supplier.
No Additional Warranties:
Nothing in manuals, assembly instructions, or product info constitutes an additional warranty.
No agent, employee, dealer, or reseller may modify or extend this warranty or make binding claims on behalf of Eunorau.
Dispute Resolution / Arbitration:
All disputes related to the product or warranty must be resolved by final and binding arbitration, not in court, except for individual claims in small claims court.
Disputes cannot be combined with claims from other purchasers and class or collective actions are prohibited.
Arbitration follows AAA consumer rules (www.adr.org) or, if unavailable, JAMS or other consumer arbitration rules.
Governed by Federal Arbitration Act and Nevada law.
Arbitrator decides all interpretations and awards; judgment may be entered in a competent court.
Opt-Out Option:
Original purchaser may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of purchase by emailing info@eunorau-ebike.com with:

Product serial number (on box, frame, or battery)
Opting out does not affect warranty coverage.
Severability:
If any portion of this warranty is deemed illegal or unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
