Juice It Or Lose It
Your battery isnβt a cactus β it needs love. Give it a recharge at least every 3 months, even if youβre not riding. A little top-up keeps it happy and ready to roll when you are.
The Box Is a Keeper (Yes, Really)
Before you channel your inner recycling hero β pause! That box is custom-built to cradle your bike safely. Flatten it, stash it somewhere dry, and thank yourself later.
Why keep it?
Recalls
Returns
Service visits
Selling your bike
Finding a bike-sized box later is surprisingly expensive and annoying.
β οΈ Donβt slice deep when opening β no aggressive box surgery.
Two people for unboxing is recommended (your back will thank you). Assembly can be solo if youβre feeling confident.
Paparazzi Mode: ON
When your bike arrives, snap photos of:
The unopened box
The contents inside
If shipping damage or missing parts pop up, photos (and even videos) make claims smooth and painless. Weβll ask for them if needed β future you will be glad you documented everything.
Step Away From the Hammer
No nails. No hammering. Zero bonking.
If something doesnβt fit, donβt force it β reach out for help instead.
Guard Those Keys With Your Life
You get two keys. Thatβs it. Theyβre matched to your lock.
Lose them? Replacements ship from the factory, take a while, and cost extra.
Before mounting the battery:
Test both keys in the lock.
Make sure everything turns smoothly.
If the keys and lock donβt match (super rare, but hey), contact support immediately and do not install the battery.
Your Bikeβs Fingerprint: The Serial Number
Every bike has a unique serial number β like its personal ID badge. Youβll need it for insurance, warranty claims, or if the bike is ever lost or stolen.
Youβll find it engraved on the frame in one of these spots:
Bottom of the head tube (near the headlight)
Under the motor
On the back of the motor
π Write it down before your first ride.
π Register your bike and serial number ASAP.
Trust us β this tiny step can save you a massive headache later.
