Need to return something?

Just email us at support@shopsydropsy.com with your order number. We’ll get in touch with the manufacturer for approval first, and then we’ll send you the return instructions. (Heads up: some brands may charge a restocking fee.)

A few quick notes:

  • Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.

  • Each brand has its own return policy, so be sure to scroll down to find the one that applies to your bike.

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Return Policy

NAKTO Return Policy

Return due to quality issues:

To initiate a return, a customer should contact Shopsy Dropsy's customer service at support@ShopsyDropsy.com. Once the return request is approved, the customer should find a shipping company for themselves. NAKTO does not offer return labels. It is advisable to use a trackable shipping service for added security or Nakto can not guarantee receipt of the returned items. Customers are responsible for paying for the return shipping fee up front.  There will be NO restocking fee applied in this scenario. The FULL refunds will be issued once we have received and inspected the e-bikes. A customer may NOT return any e-bike after six months of receipt of the e-bike.

Within 14 days of delivery:  Customer will get a full refund   

14 days - 2 months:  Customer will get an 80% refund

3 - 4 months:  Customer will get a 70 % refund 

5 - 6 months:  Customer will get a 60 % refund         

Over 6 months: NO return and refund

You also have the option to choose a local shop to fix your e-bike if you prefer. NAKTO offers free parts and partial reimbursement for repairs up to a limit. However, before NAKTO will make any payment, a repair quotation is required and that must be agreed upon by NAKTO first:

Return due to non-quality issues:

Returns due to non-quality issues are eligible within 14 days. Customers may return the merchandise subject to the return shipping fee and a restocking fee of twenty percent of the purchase price. Since we do not provide return labels, customers will have to find your own shipping companies.  We recommend that customers use trackable shipping services for added security.  Please note that otherwise, we can not guarantee receipt of the returned items.  To return an e-bike that is not defective or damaged, please contact Shopsy Dropsy's customer service team within 14 days.

X-Treme Return Policy

All warranty and damage issues our handled through X-Treme's ticket
system. If a customer receives an item damaged, please take photos as outlined
below and include in your support ticket. If the pictures are provided immediately, this will
speed up the warranty process.
We must be notified of damage within 10 days of delivery,failure to do so may result in denial of replacement parts.

Pictures Required for Warranty Process

• A photo of the packaging material used inside box (e.g. bubble wrap, Styrofoam
peanuts, cardboard dividers, etc.)
• A close-up photo of the shipping label with tracking number (please zoom in enough to
read the tracking number which usually begins with 1Z)
• Two photos displaying all 6 sides of the package (1 photo should display the top and 2
sides, the 2nd photo should display the bottom and the opposite sides).

When creating a support ticket, please provide as much of the requested information as
possible. If you do not have all the information available please complete the ticket without it.  Do not delay submitting your ticket. Our support teams will try to locate your order on the information provided and if they cannot they will contact you for more information.

Please also note, if a customer chooses to not work with tech support and go outside of our warranty policy and return an item an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) request must be submitted. This can be done by contacting Customer Care via the support ticket. Terms & Conditions are listed below and will be supplied at the time of the request for the customer to agree upon. If the customer initiates this request to X-Treme, Shopsy Dropsy also has approve this request, X-Treme will contact Shopsy Dropsy for approval prior to contacting the customer with RMA approval.  A customer will not be allowed to return an item without approval.  Upon approval notification the customer will be provided with instructions for returning the item.

Return Terms and Conditions:
Customer must initiate return shipment of the merchandise within 15 days of the purchase date. 16
Refunds will be for 100% of the entire purchase price including the original shipping costs when a scooter is returned for a refund; within the warranty period only.

Extended Warranties purchased will be 100% refunded when a scooter is returned for a refund.
Customer is responsible for returning merchandise at his or her own expense. Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted & you will be subject to any and all costs incurred.
Merchandise must be received in 100% new, re-sellable condition. Merchandise is not eligible for refund if it has been ridden, worn, used, abused, damaged in any way or gas has been added to the fuel tank. Merchandise must arrive complete (including warranty cards, manuals, accessories, promotional items, etc.) and in the original packaging.
At the discretion of X-Treme Scooters, a restocking fee of 15% may be deducted from refunds for items returned in their original condition within 15 days of purchase including but not limited to unauthorized returns. *All new units will be charged the 15% restocking fee.  If you would like to proceed with your return request, please reply to your Support Ticket or this email stating that you agree to the terms & conditions. Within your response, please identify whether you are requesting a Refund or Replacement. We will then submit your return request to your dealership of purchase and our management team.
Within 3-4 business days of receiving your agreement to the terms and conditions, a team
member from our support department will contact you with further instructions.
PLEASE NOTE: We must receive your agreement to the above terms within 10 days of this
correspondence. Failure to do so will result in your return request being automatically denied.

Warranty Policy

NAKTO Warranty Policy

At NAKTO Electric Bike Store quality means everything. That’s why they stand behind all their products with Nation Wide Limited Warranty.

  • For all warranty claims please contact support@nakto.com
  • Warranty only applies to the original owner (non-transferable).
  • Original NAKTO parts and components covered by warranty can get one free replacement within 1-year limited warranty period and don’t need shipping cost, but components that are not covered by warranty will require shipping costs and fees for themselves.

Warranty Period

The warranty is registered automatically when the initial purchaser orders and then receive the product from our online shop and applies to the initial purchaser only. The NationWide Limited Warranty applies for a period of ONE YEAR upon the original date of purchase. Proof of your purchase date (e.g. order confirmation) is required for valid warranty coverage.

Limited Warranty Covers

Subjected to the terms, conditions, and limitations herein, NAKTO electric bikes warrant to the original retail purchaser of the bike that the motor, battery, controller, throttle, brake, and PAS system of the bike will be free from detection in material and workmanship under normal use and service for one year from the date of delivery.

The Limited Warranty exists for the above-mentioned defects that were already present at the time of delivery of the bike and cover the motor, battery, and controller. A rechargeable battery will experience a decrease in capacity over time as it is charged and discharged. The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of an improper charger, improper maintenance, or such other misuse or normal wear.

Please kindly noted that NAKTO E-bikes are not designed for extreme use including contest and water wading. 

Limited Warranty Does Not Cover

Minor imperfections and/or deviations from design specifications that do not materially alter the functionality of the Product;

Cosmetic damage to the outer surface/finishing and external parts of the Product, including without limitation cracks, dents, or scratches on the Product’s exterior;

Deterioration of the Product due to normal wear and tear;

Any parts that naturally and are expected to suffer wear and tear, including without limitation, tires, brake pads, calipers, handlebar grips, crankset, chain, saddles, pedals, dropouts, and bearings;

Water damage and batteries that have been left to self-discharge for an extended period of time are not covered by the terms of the warranty.

Defect or damage arising from any of the following:
  • a) Improper assembly;
  • b) Improper follow-up maintenance;
  • c) Installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the product as sold;
  • d) Damage or failure due to accident, falls, misuse, abuse, or neglect;
  • e) Alterations of the product or the specifications (e.g. paintwork, changes of the geometry/proportions, inadmissible add-on parts etc.); or
  • f) Repair or maintenance by unauthorized dealer or workshop
  • g) Exceeding the weight limits or speed limits
  • h) Attempting to alter the programming of the electrical system, including, but not limited to increasing the speed limiter beyond 32km/hr.
  • i) Labor to repair or replace the covered component(s) unless otherwise specified in the warranty terms chart. This warranty is limited to parts replacement only.

  • Proof of Order Confirmation with purchase date and order number;
  • Email address and shipping information used in the placement of the order.
 

X-TREME WARRANTY

Extended Warranty
We have the option for customers to purchase an Extended Warranty with any Gas Scooter and electric bicycle.
Available for all gas scooters & electric bicycles - ONE Year Extended Warranty: This warranty begins the day after your original manufacturer warranty ends. We will warrant all components of your bicycle to be free of manufacturer defect and workmanship.
Batteries warranty will be on a prorated basis, see chart - refer to months 1 - 24. 
Shipping & Handling is not included, beyond the original standard warranty period, and will be the responsibility of the customer.
Warranty applies to original bicycle purchaser. Original receipt of purchase is required.
Lifetime Extended Warranty
Available for all electric bicycles - LIFETIME Extended Warranty: This warranty begins the day after your original manufacturer warranty ends. This warranty will last the ENTIRE life of the bicycle! We will warranty all components of your bicycle to be free of manufacturer defect and workmanship.
Batteries warranty will be on a prorated basis, see chart. Tires & Tubes are
covered in this warranty! This means if you puncture your tube you are covered! Tires will be replaced when worn or due to manufacturer defect not to exceed one set per year. Tube replacement will remain at X-Treme’s discretion not to exceed sensible amount. Shipping & handling is not included, beyond the original standard warranty period, and will be the responsibility of the customer.
Warranty applies to original bicycle purchaser. Original receipt of purchase required.
